Of course, there are always going to be crazy conspiracy theorists who claim that the Apple landing was all a hoax. That it never actually happened. That the shadows on the icon buttons are all wrong, and that it was all just a fake staged event at Cupertino.

Jobs was far from perfect -- "The Ego has landed" could describe the launch of his leadership at Apple. But he was devoted to technological innovation until the day he died. And whatever the afterlife holds, if anyone can develop a cool handheld device for communicating between this world and the next, it'd be Steve.
